The Woodford Folk Festival Build Crew plays a vital role in the event’s success, constructing and dismantling the festival infrastructure before and after the event. Throughout this critical phase, we serve over 19,000 meals to a dedicated team of more than 800 crew members, ensuring they’re well-fuelled for the demanding work of bringing the festival to life. Meals are carefully planned to offer a range of nutritious and hearty options, keeping the crew energised and focused throughout both the bump-in and bump-out processes. This immense effort reflects the commitment and camaraderie that define the spirit of the Woodford Folk Festival.

Good Things Festival is an Australian alternative music festival held annually in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane over one weekend each December. Established by a team of seasoned industry professionals who have promoted, booked, and managed most of Australia’s major music festivals over the past 20 years, Good Things aims to fill a gap in the market by showcasing the best local, national, and international bands in world-class venues with high-level production.

If you plan on making your own way to your first venue, please remember to attend a ticket exchange prior to your arrival so we can scan you in and present you with your bus wristband, keep-cup or stubby holder.

How do I retrieve my Leavers ticket?

You can access your Leavers ticket at any time using the method below.

1. Log in via the TicketFlo website

- Visit https://app.ticketflo.io/myorder and sign in using the email address used when the ticket was purchased.

- A password verification email was sent to you at the time of purchase (in a separate email from your ticket confirmation).

- If you no longer have this email, simply select ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page to reset your password.

Important checks:

• If you don’t receive the reset email, check your junk or spam folder.
• If you use iCloud Mail, make sure your iCloud storage isn’t full. When an iCloud account is at 100% capacity, incoming emails are blocked.

Leavers is an opportunity for Year 12 students from 2025 to celebrate the end of their schooling with their friends.

To attend official Leavers WA events, attendees must:

1. Purchase a ticket online.
2. Present their ticket along with relevant ID at one of the Wristband Collection Points.
3. Have a staff member secure a wristband on their wrist.

Welcome to the official Safer Schoolies wristband registration page for the 2025 Schoolies Hub in Surfers Paradise! There is something for everyone at Schoolies with Schoolies Hub entertainment, DJ sets, live bands, and more!

Safer Schoolies want school leavers to Be Safe and Watch Your Mates, so register for your FREE wristband to attend. You do not need to purchase anything. To register for a wristband, you must be a genuine Year 12 school leaver. Wristbands cannot be purchased and are not transferrable.

Important Information:

- Location: Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland

- Dates: Saturday 22 November - Friday 28 November 2025

- Please do not register more than once and retain your registration email with the QR Code emailed to you from TicketFlo.  A duplicate registration may result in you not gaining entry.

- Parents cannot register on behalf of a school leaver. The school leavers must use the email address and mobile number they will have direct access to during the Schoolies period.

- Please ensure you have read the important information and conditions of entry.

- If you have any issues with your registration, please contact saferschoolies@housing.qld.gov.au with your full name and email address so we can verify your registration.
